Deborah and her associate, Drew Brenan, were wonderful and very knowledgeable. Their priority is the clientele being satisfied with the overall house-hunting experience. What I like about them: 1) being patient, 2) listening to our needs, 3) being on time, 4) never being pushy to close a deal for a quick commission, 5) be able to negotiate with the seller’s agents to sign an Agreement of Sale (AOS) in lightning speed. Thanks to Drew’s clever action, we were able to sign an AOS six hours after we went to an open house in Bala Cynwyd. Due to low inventory and high demand on a highly desired location, we had to act fast in order to get the house to avoid a bidding war. I highly recommend Deborah and her team.
